Last Updated: 1/13/2024

  1. Scope of Work
The scope of work, including but not limited to project specifications, deliverables, deadlines, and any other relevant details, will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project. Any changes to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  1. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement and must be adhered to by the client. The Artist reserves the right to request a deposit or milestone payments for larger projects. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of the project until outstanding payments are received.
  1. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive the agreed-upon deliverables, and the Artist retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio, website, or other promotional materials, unless otherwise specified in writing. The client agrees not to claim authorship or ownership of the work until all payments are made.
  1. Revisions and Edits
The number of revisions and the process for providing feedback will be outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional fees. Major changes to the project scope may require a separate agreement.
  1. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, project details, concepts, and any other information deemed confidential.
  1. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date.
